Description
Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served.
For other programs, please contact the Y during regular business hours for further information.
A variety of aerobic movements are performed in the shallow end of the pool to provide both a cardiovascular and strength training workout. Water equipment may be used in this low-impact, high-intensity water workout.
