Chef Katia has had the honor of cooking for both Potus B. Obama and Potus G. W. Bush, and now she's here to share her expertise with you! Under her guidance, you'll not only learn how to prepare authentic French regional dishes from Provence: , but you'll also uncover the chef's closely guarded secrets, from precise cutting techniques to exclusive seasoning methods.
With a limited group of just 8 students, you'll have the unique opportunity to closely observe Chef Katia's step-by-step process, ask questions, and receive personalized assistance to confidently reproduce the dishes at home.
