Description
Embark on an immersive and exclusive culinary journey by joining us for a new Intimate Cooking Class with our Chef, Damian, who will take you on a culinary journey through the picturesque landscapes of the Rhône region in France.
You'll have the opportunity to discover the most authentic and celebrated dishes of this region, including some of France's culinary treasures: Asparagus à la Grenobloise, frogs' legs persillés and Chocolate truffles à la Française.
Under our Chef Damian’s expert guidance, you'll not only master the art of preparing French Regional and Gastronomic meals but also uncover the chef's closely guarded secrets, from precise cutting techniques to exclusive seasoning methods.
With a limited group of just 8 students, you'll have the unique opportunity to closely observe the Chef's step-by-step process, ask questions, and receive personalized assistance to confidently reproduce the dishes at home.
To add the perfect finishing touch, after the class, you'll indulge in the meal you've prepared alongside your fellow aspiring chefs and Chef Jérome himself. Relish this culinary masterpiece while enjoying carefully paired white and red wines from Rhône in our newly renovated kitchen.
Seats are limited for an intimate experience.
