Description
Hatha Yoga & Meditation is designed for both experienced practitioners and those exploring yoga for the first time. In each class, students move through a sequence of postures designed to open the body and build strength and balance. Props and modifications are offered so that students may access the poses safely and comfortably. Hatha yoga builds physical strength and agility and offers the opportunity to develop body awareness and clarity.
