Description
Gentle Yoga for all! Enjoy the benefits of postures, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques classical yoga offers. Learn routines to work on your wellbeing while gently stretching. This class is suitable for all levels. New students will learn the basics at their own pace and experienced students will deepen their knowledge of the practice, in a relaxed and non competitive environment. Bring your own mat.
