Painting Light: Advanced - Level 3 & 4
Instructor: Tim Widener
Painting Light Advanced is a class that develops both your ability to use light to render form while teaching how to create a work of art. Methods to use color, composition, tonal development, and understanding value and edges are a few principlestaught. The development of individual artistic taste and sensibilities are also a focus. (This includes one, 5-hour session with a model.)To inquire, call the BBAC office at 248.644.0866.
Prerequisite: Students must be painting at an advanced level and have prior approval from the instructor to enroll in this class.

If this is the first time taking this class, bring a few samples of your work (if possible.)

Other-Canvas to paint on 18” x 24”-Turpenoid or Gamsol (no turpentine, odorless turpentine, mineral spirits, odorless mineral spirits, or paint thinner)-Linseed oil-Palette tray or paper palette-Rags and small jars
