General
Paint clothing: Comfortable clothing that you don't mind ruining
2-3 sealing glass jars or metal containers with lids (mason jars are great for this) Palette cups / a couple extra lids from jars / small glass or metal jars
Paint rags / old t-shirts work!
Fels naptha bar soap - laundry aisle at Meijer
Brushes
3-4 hog hair bristle variety of sizes, mostly filberts & rounds #2, 4, #6 #8
1-2 synthetic small round brushes
Palette:
-can use small glass palette
-palette paper pad is easier for transportation
Palette knives:
1-2 palette knives for mixing color
Mediums:
Turpenoid or Gamsol are acceptable
Linseed oil
Oil paint:
Small tubes of the preferred brand:
Winsor Newton, Rembrandt, and Utrecht Artist grade (please do not buy student grade)
