Description
Our "Senior Walks with Becky" sessions, for active older adults 55+ (AOA), meet on Monday mornings. Each week, we meet at a different trail in Bettendorf. Participants will enjoy a fun, scenic outdoor walk along our amazing network of trails with our very own Trails Coordinator, Becky Lovich, and other Bettendorf Trails Committee volunteers! All walks are 1.5 to 2 miles (out and back total). Walk with friends or meet new ones! Learn about the trails, enjoy the outdoors, and stay active!
This session meets on each of the following Mondays at the specified locations:
- July 1st - Kiwanis Walking Path (meet at Paul Norton School Parking lot, 4223 Greenbrier Dr)
- July 8th- Barcelona Street Side Path (meet at Field Sike Park, 3000 Field Sike Dr)
- July 15th- Duck Creek Recreational Trail (meet at Vets Memorial Park,1645 23rd St, shelter #1)
- July 22nd- Devils Glen and 53rd Ave. Side Path (meet at Crow Creek Dog Park parking lot, 4701 Devils Glen Rd)
- July 29th- Duck Creek Recreational Trail (meet by Devils Glen Park,1101 Devils Glen Rd, shelter #2
