Tumbling and Trampoline: If what you like the most is flipping, this is your class. Tumbling is a strip of bouncy floor where gymnasts connect series of acrobatic skills. The skills are learned separately on the floor or trampoline. This class is perfect for gymnasts, ex-gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers or anyone interested in improving their floor skills.
