This activity is closed to further registration.
This self-defense course has been designed specifically to empower women with the skills, tactics and strategies to help increase the chances of surviving or avoiding a violent situation. The class is taught by Michael Hunter, our long standing Jiu Jitsu Instructor who comes to us from Pure Land Jiu Jitsu.
Continuous Training Program
Meet at the River Center in the Fitness Room each Saturday.
