Welcome! Yes, you are all welcome to a yoga class that will improve flexibility, strength, balance, and your mood! Gentle Flow Yoga for All is designed to be pleasurable, relaxing, and fun. Everyone works at their own speed. No over stretching is ever necessary. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
