Description
5/9: Birria Tacos and Cilantro RiceJoin us for an entertaining and informative hands-on cooking class. We will explore and create signature dishes from a variety of cuisines. Our classes accommodate the novice to the kitchen pro. We encourage your own creativity and variation. We also cover kitchen safety, proper food handling, and knife skills as an integral part of the class. Bring an apron, your favorite chef's knife, and take-home food containers. Get ready to come solo or with friends to join the fun!
LAB FEE: $10 due to instructor on first day of class.
