Overlooking the Salish Sea and the San Juan Islands,Woodstock Farm is the perfect location for deep relaxationand rejuvenation. Balance and recalibrate yourbody, mind, and spirit in this gorgeous outdoor settingas the sun dips into the bay. Kristi will lead guided gentlebreath awareness techniques meant to help soothethe nervous system. The evening will then flow into anintentional soundscape of crystal bowls, artisan gongs,and sound tools finishing in sound meditation practiceswhich center, connect, and restore. Bring a yoga mator blanket, small cloth to cover your eyes and dress forthe weather. Parking is limited, ride sharing is highlyencouraged.Your receipt will have more parking details.
