Description
Emphasis is on core strength and continued joint and back chain improvements. Gain strength, endurance, flexibility, and increased range of motion through a total body workout that includes stretching, joint movement, anaerobic and aerobic activities.; Participants be able to balance and remain stable in the water without assistance.
