Description
Learn the basics of an in-the-water workout. Your instructor will work with you to learn your limitations and goals and help you adapt getting balanced, gaining endurance, flexibility, and increased range of motion through a total body workout that includes stretching, joint movement, anaerobic and aerobic activities.
