Note: Class skips Apri 3 Groundfloor Collective - Adult Contemporary Dance Ages 18 + This contemporary movement class explores our ever-changing relationship with gravity, tension, form and release, and builds a foundation of support from the ground up. Class will progress to spatial, dynamic phrase work that encourages individual exploration and expression.
