Sorry! Registration for this activity can only be completed at the Colony Park Community Center, 5599 Traffic Way, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. Benefits include cardio workout, increases endorphins (for pain relief), optimizes oxygenation, increases blood circulation, boosts immune system, fights depression, anxiety, and panic attacks.
*Yoga mat not required
