Description
Roller Flow Fitness takes the skater through a low impact cardio and strength training routine in a no pressure environment! Paired with upbeat music, high energy vibes utilizing the styles and moves of speed skate, rhythm, street and artistic roller dance. All levels are encouraged to join. There will not be a formal skills lesson during this class, but we will work with everyone to ensure you are enjoying your time.
