Description
Sip smarter with easy drink swaps. Replacing sugary drinks with delicious, fruit infused water can help you achieve your health goals. Class will participate and make a recipe for fruit infused water. This class will be led by a registered dietitian, Theresa Saltsgaver with Peak Nutrition for Life LLC.
