About this event

This class is ONLY for students who have taken at least one Beginning Jewelry class at the Ann Arbor Art Center within the last 2 years. Students must also have an understanding of the basics of sawing, soldering, finishing, etc. This class is for students who would like to continue to improve and expand upon their skills in jewelry fabrication and design, while working independently on their own unique project ideas with the guidance and advice of an experienced and knowledgeable metalsmith. Students can ask questions about techniques and processes specific to your projects so that you have the help and knowledge to develop your jewelry/metalsmithing ideas. No projects will be assigned and no group instruction will be given. *There will be no class on April 6th. Supply Notes Students should bring any jewelry tools and materials they frequently use to the first class. Students will need to purchase additional materials based on the needs of their design ideas. Please bring a sketchbook and pencil to the first class.
