Friday evening level A/BB Competitive/High Intermediate Any-Gender 4s League
Summer season starts April 5th, 2024
"A" and "BB" players know all volleyball skills well. "A" players are often identified by greater abilities at the net, while "A" and "BB" players both can function consistently off the net. No players who have played "AA to Open" leagues or tournaments in the last five years are allowed. This league is self-reffed and should be called at an "A" level in regards to good setting skills and other contacts on the ball. You should only pass-set if you can't handset at an "A" level.
Team Registration: Team fee: $250 for up to 6 players. $25 for each additional player. (Additional $25 fee for Non-Residents of Alpharetta)
Spring Season: 6 weeks of 2 matches per week, with Playoff on week 7.
Alpharetta Beach offers two (2) professional beach volleyball courts with natural sand that meets USAV/FIVB Specs. Wet or dry, the natural sand always moves under your feet, just like playing on the beach.
Play is on 8x16 meter double short court, which generate longer rallies and increased fun.
The nets and lines are professional quality, and 15'- 20' high barrier netting around the courts helps keep the balls close by, so you're spending more time playing, and less time fetching.
The custom lighting concept provides a clear view of the ball, while reducing light in the eyes.
