Lawn to Nature is a project started between Latodami Nature Center and North Area Environmental Council that encourages members of our community to convert ecologically deserted lawn space into a habitat including native plants fit to support our native wildlife. Come learn how you can make a huge difference for local wildlife in your own yard, and why it matters. After learning, visit our brand new Lawn to Nature Demonstration Garden completed by Girl Scout Jeanelle as her Gold Award Project to see what this could look like in your yard and learn from Jeanelle about how she did it.Adults must register with children.
