---Instructor: Keely Kirk---This continuing performance-level class focuses on enhancing and building your presentation and improv skills on stage. Using the skills you’ve developed through improv levels 1-3, your instructor will help you evaluate your established intelligent, comedic choices and how to take them to the next performance level. Direction from your instructor will focus on the following performance components: learning to work as an ensemble, making believable character choices, and engaging an audience. In addition, you will strengthen your stage presence, projection, physicality, and spatial recognition of the stage. Also, in this course, you will continue to learn the importance of a group mind and how to put it into practice with an ensemble. By learning how to be vulnerable while supporting your scene partner unconditionally, you will acquire the skills necessary to build the group's cohesiveness while deepening your performance skills. Basic structures and approaches to several long formats such as Monoscene and the Deconstruction will be introduced as well. The show date will be confirmed once the class begins.
