Description
Zumba is exercise in disguise! High impact Latin and international rhythms which may be modified to your level. 2024 Senior Membership is required. Instructor will follow the current public health guidelines. Instructor: Del Herrera NASM CPT * Location: Multi-Purpose 1 & 2.
