Lindsey Cooke became a Certified Nutrition Therapist (CNT) in 2015 after attending the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. She chose to study nutrition after watching her mother battle breast cancer, realizing that there must be a solution to all of the health crisis and chronic illness that pervades our society.
Lindsey believes proper nutrition is the key to good health and life. She believes many chronic illnesses can be reversed through proper, healing nutrition and lifestyle changes. She also believes that most diseases and illnesses can be prevented through proper prenatal and early childhood nutrition. She has focused on teaching nutrition for conception, during pregnancy, and early child development.
Lindsey is equally passionate about nutrition for fitness. She does not believe in dieting but rather in lifestyle changes that teach the mind and body to want to make better choices through nutrition and health education.
Born, raised, and currently residing in Colorado, Lindsey is especially fond of outdoor workouts that leave dirt on her shoes and fresh air in her lungs. She regularly hikes, bikes, skis, and paddleboards in and around the Colorado mountains. When she can’t exercise outdoors, she enjoys spin classes, HIIT, weight training, and Pilates.
