Erica Schuckies is an avid half marathoner and the Running Editor for Active.com.
Growing up in a triathlon- and sports-focused family, Erica is no stranger to an active lifestyle. She has participated in a number of team and individual sports throughout her life, including soccer, volleyball and running.
Erica attended Colorado State University and graduated with a Technical Journalism degree.
After graduating, Erica spent time working in the rodeo industry at The Round-Up at the Fort (Fort Collins, Colorado) and Rodeo Austin (Austin, Texas). She then joined Berkshire Hathaway's Business Wire as an Account Executive.
In her free time, Erica enjoys running, strength training, hunting, fishing, wakeboarding and being outdoors. She is an avid sports fan, especially the Denver Broncos and Ohio State Buckeyes.
