About this event
Friday Night Lights will be the Ultimate Fun Fitness Fridays for our athletes. The 3 back-to-back sessions give parents the ability to have Friday nights for date nights, or catching up on things at home while their athletes are being productive and having fun. 5:30 - 6:30 Speed, Agility, Fitness, Fun Play 6:30 - 7:30 Pick Up Power Hour (All Scrimmaging) 7:30 - 8:30 Footwork & Finishing, Fun Games We will have music and crafts if athletes need a break during multiple sessions.
