About this event
This one week STEAM camp is designed around collaborative inquiry for students interested in a hands-on, active learning environment. With an emphasis on critical thinking, students will brainstorm, develop, and build as a means of exploring knowledge. Discussions and activities will focus on the engineering design process, inquiry-based knowledge, and project based learning. Possible hands on projects could include designing and building an... electronic game board, solar powered car, mini electric motor, paper airplanes, marble down, and a trebuchet. Campers should come with a kind heart, an inquisitive mind, and a willingness to work. Campers will receive an SBA Summer Camps t-shirt with registration.
