We're sorry, but this class is over. The last meeting was Thursday, May 23, 2024.
Join us for this five week session that is beginner-friendly, but also support an on-going hatha practice. Nancy Jo bring over 20 years of experiences and will meet you where you are!. This practice is good for those who have not practiced in a while, or for those who face physical challenges. Teaching in pranayama (breathing) and meditation support the physical practice. Our philosophy is, "Do what you can and let the rest go".
