Please join us for our first Chair Volleyball Event! This event helps active older adults develop volleyball skills, teamwork and promote healthy living. Participants will have the opportunity to learn volleyball skills while comfortably sitting in a chair.
This event will have a minimum of a $5 donation in order to participate. This donation will go towards My Y Week which is apart of our Annual Campaign!
Event Dates:
The volleyball players will meet on Tuesday from 11:20am-1pm.
Important Information:
Please do not bring food into the gym, and all liquids should be in a plastic bottle that have a secure cap.
Please wear athletic attire.
If you would like to watch, please bring a chair to sit along the wall of the gymnasium.
