Description
Trained coaches and instructors introduce kids to the fundamentals of gymnastics, starting from age 5 and all the way through 17 years old. We carefully develop exercises, drills and routines appropriate for the kids' age group, ability, and skill level. From beginner gymnastics to intermediate, advanced and elite-level gymnastics classes, the Tampa Y helps kids gain strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and agility. Gymnastics is also a great sport for helping children exercise their brains, as they memorize new moves and routines. You will also see your children grow in confidence, self-esteem, and poise. Particularly as they have opportunities to perform in front of their classmates and families and enter local gymnastics competitions.
