Triathletes begin with a potentially chilly swim in Boulder Reservoir, followed by a fast bike course and a run along mostly dirt roads. After the race, check out El Dorado Canyon, the iconic Boulder Flatirons or head into town where you'll find a casual atmosphere and lots of good food.

Olympic-distance triathletes bike along the Gulf Coast of Texas and then run in an out-and-back course on Galveston Island. This is a flat and fast course. Be prepared for the wind.
