ZOOM Classroom

This is a combination of 3 NEW 1-hour classes required for anyone renewing in 2025. You will get 3 hours of General Education - This interactive workshop will help you assist your clients in understanding the risks in living in areas which are fire prone and how to create defensible spaces which are more likely to survive wildfires as well as keep fire fighters safe when working to save a property. In the second session we will highlight the dangers of deed fraud and equips you with knowledge to safeguard yourself and your clients. Last, but not least, we will discuss water issues. We will cover AMA goals and how the goals impact development. Discuss INAs, their purpose, who has rights to contract for INA water and uses of water within the INA.
This class will be taught remotely. You will receive additional Information to register/sign in to the online classroom 2-3 days prior to class. Please note per ADRE in order to received CE Credit you need to take this class from a computer, laptop or similar - cell phones/iPads not acceptable. Also you must be on camera and have access to a microphone.
