Register Here:Qigong (chee gung) is an ancient practice similar to Tai Chi. Blending breath and simple standing movements we gently stretch and strengthen the body, calm the mind, and awaken physical and emotional energy. Our routines and teachings support harmony, natural energies each season. Students report feelings of tranquility, increased energy, flexibility, balance, strength, and improvements to sleep. Generally, our practice includes 40-45 minutes of standing movement and breath work (can be modified for seated participation) and a short meditation. We are very welcoming! Dress comfortably, appropriate for beginners and seasoned practitioners
