An easy yoga practice, connecting with your body and mind while using the power of our breath and mindful movements through simple yoga poses to help move energy in a safe and guided space. This class is perfect for all abilities. Bring a yoga mat and/or a small blanket. The use of chairs are welcome, all participants will receive the same benefits regardless of mobility. Parking is available at Merkle Cabin.
