We will kick off our Summer Walk to Wellness program at Memorial community park. On Saturdays, enjoy a nice walk around various parks throughout the City of San Diego.

Register ahead of time with a valid email to receive weekly walk location information. Please note walks will begin at 8am. Please arrive by 7:45am for proper stretching before walks. Please bring own Water.
