Get a unique tour of the historic town as you race along the Hudson River and pass by the Headless Horseman Bridge, Sleepy Hollow Cemetery and the Old Dutch Church. Since you never know what or who might be lurking on the Sleepy Hollow course, you better run fast.

At this race, runners pick their own "orange running buddy" from Chatfield's Pumpkin Patch and attempt to cross the finish line with their pumpkin intact. Award categories include fastest pumpkin hauler, best costume, and the tough pumpkin award for the runner who hauls the heaviest pumpkin. After the race, make your way through the annual corn maze, and enjoy hot apple cider, beer and music.
Hallow's Eve 5K Run and Walk

Find a costume and grab the kids for this family-friendly event. Race proceeds benefit the A.M.S.I. Foundation, a nonprofit that awards higher-education scholarships to students in the Merrimack Valley area. After the race, watch the costume contest, take the kids trick-or-treating or hang out at the post-race party.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Sunset Coop Nursery School.
