Perhaps you’re just getting introduced to yoga or you simply enjoy a slower, more grounded approach to your practice. slowFlow classes offer foundational elements of poses (asana) and gentle flow-style sequencing with a focus on safe and mindful transitions. Beginners welcome and encouraged.
