If you prepare your food and snacks in advance, you can increase the likelihood that your body will get nutrients it needs. Check out these five snacks that you should keep in your bag, desk drawer or car at all times.
Raw Veggies

Veggies are a healthy carb and perfect for munching on the go. Bell peppers can be cut up or eaten whole (like an apple).
