Pour into an eco-friendly popsicle mold (try this: Round Pop Mold by Zoku). Freeze overnight and they'll be ready to enjoy when you return from your run.

#3) Frozen Coconut Cream

This frozen treat is sure to make anyone with a sweet tooth happy!

How to make:

Place one can of Native Organics classic coconut milk (full fat) in the fridge overnight. (Tip: always keep one in the fridge.) Then remove the can from the fridge and open. The cream will have separated from the coconut whey. Pour it into a medium-size bowl and whip it until it's smooth. Set aside.

In a small bowl combine 2 tablespoons of raw organic cacao powder and a little of the coconut cream, enough to make a thin paste. Add 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup. Stir well.

Combine cacao mixture with the coconut milk and stir well together. Pour into a glass jar and place in freezer for at least 1 hour. To eat, simply scrape the coconut cream in small bites and savor the delicious flavor and creamy richness.
