This class will provide you with the opportunity to draw inwards as we use meditation, breathwork techniques, long-hold stretches, and effortless restorative poses. The class will be conducted on the ground using props and modifications to help ensure stability and meet you where you are. Class will close with a short sound bath as you absorb the benefits of your practice. This class is discounted through the Anonymous Fund of the Marin Community Foundation.
