We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
Join us for a candlelight sound bath as you delight in the sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, gongs, & other instruments to guide you into a relaxed state. Enjoy the ambiance of candlelight as we focus inward on self-care, through deepening relaxation techniques & connecting to breath. Come disconnect, breathe, and reconnect.Note: Doors will close and class will begin PROMPTLY at 7PM to ensure the integrity of the experience, so attendees should plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early. We do not allow late entry. What to bring:-Yoga mat, one or two blankets, pillow (whatever you need to feel comfortable lying or sitting on the floor) -Bottle of water-Openness to the experience-Eye mask optional
