Aerobic Workout Winter ll
Jan. 25 to Feb. 22 * 2/22 class will be at North Creek CC
8 am- 9 am
Lake Marion CC
This workout, taught by Instructor Karin Baker, starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights are optional), then adds a 30-minute, fat-burning aerobic workout, and ends with a cool-down routine.
You can work at your own pace for your desired intensity.
