What's better than Yoga? Yoga by the pool! Join us as we practice poolside in this guided yoga practice that will combine breathing techniques, basic poses, deep stretching, and a final relaxation. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class.(SM)
