Join us for a fun, playful, and nurturing 45-minute yoga class designed just for kids! Through movement, breath, and imagination, children will build confidence, flexibility, and mindfulness in a joyful and supportive space.

Parents & Guardians WelcomeFeel free to join in the practice or simply relax and watch—this is a shared space for connection and community.
This class will include games, storytelling, gentle yoga poses, and calming moments to help children connect with their bodies and emotions in a positive way.
