Description
Merry Place Sand Slam - All Day Beach Volleyball Tournament
Come out for a 1 day Co-ed 6v6 beach volleyball tournament! Team registration ONLY, must be 16+ years old to play.
Get ready for an epic day in the sand!
- Saturday, July 19th
- Start Time: 9:00AM | Championship game around 5:00PM
- Location: Merry Place Sand Volleyball Courts
Format
- Double Elimination
- Max Teams: 16
- Bracket is locked and loaded - teams will be plugged in based on registration order!
- Minimum Team Participants: 6 (2 females on the court at all times)
- Max Team Participants: 12
- Best of 3 rally scoring to 21 capped at 25 (win by 2)
- Tailgate energy all day long
- New Merry Place Grill Station will be fired up with some sponsored food!
- BYOF (bring your own food), some will be provided but feel free to bring your own
- BYOD (bring your own drinks), some will be provided but feel free to bring your own
Captains will need to submit their roster to Sawyer Woodworth at swoodworth@havtwp.com by July 11th. Waivers will be sent out and all active roster members will have to sign before participating.

You will receive a welcome letter 10 days before the start of the program with information about what to bring, where to meet, the weather plan, and more.
Refund Policy for all Programs (excludes fitness)
- There is a $25 drop out fee for all programs if you withdraw within one week (7 days) of the program start date.
- Full refunds/credits will be issued if the Parks & Recreation Department cancels a program.
- All refunds have a $10 service fee attached unless the refund is due to injury.
- There is no fee switching from one program to another unless the balance of the class is different.
- After a program starts no refunds will be given unless approved by the Program Coordinator
