In the first interval, establish a comfortable rhythm with the Agility rope to elevate your heart rate, consider this your base jumping speed. You should feel comfortable doing this pace for 10 to 15 minutes. The second interval focuses on speed. The final jumping interval challenges your upper body and core. Once you do all three intervals, then plank for one minute.
Once you've finished all four exercises, rest for 1 minute, and then repeat the circuit for a total of four sets.
