This activity is closed to further registration.

This 3-session 90 minutes classes will focus on improving each players skills; How to avoid errors; Ready position, paddle grip for different shots; Serve and return; NVZ dinking improvements; transition zone play; 3rd drop shots; Ground drive shots; Offense speed up shots; Defense block shots; Lob defense/offense; Footwork and double play strategies. It is designed to have fun playing games, practice, improve and further develop new skills.
Please bring water and a paddle if you have one. Paddles will be provided if you need to borrow one.
