Join Danielle, Nutrition Program Manager, for a Nutrition Month Tasty Tidbits. This will be a cooking demonstration featuring a healthy snack. Together we will review the ingredients and their nutritional value, highlight cooking techniques and sample a new favorite. Healthy eating can be delicious, too. Come find out!
