Build your cheer fundamentals in this energetic 75-minute clinic designed for participants who want to improve their skills in a fun, supportive environment. The clinic begins with a dynamic warm-up and mobility exercises before reviewing cheer motions, jumps, and tumbling fundamentals. Participants will receive individualized coaching while practicing skills and will finish by learning a short cheer combination. Depending on participant experience and staffing, the clinic may also include introductory stunt work or silk ribbon twirling. Each participant will leave with personalized feedback and suggestions for continued improvement.

This clinic is a great opportunity for current cheerleaders, former participants, or anyone interested in trying cheer in a welcoming, low-pressure setting.
